Employment Force is currently recruiting qualified candidates for a direct hire Splunk Portal Administrator. As a Splunk Portal Administrator you will not only contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of all assets and pages in the Portal but you will also be encouraged to find creative and innovative ways to deliver content and tools to users. You will interact with internal customers and deliver projects and tasks according to agreed upon timelines.
Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Sr. Manager, to manage and maintain the Splunk Partner Portal.
- Updating content verifying only current and updated information and assets are available.
- Conduct testing on all updates and enhancements.
- Collaborating with internal Splunkers on new pages that are approved by the Sr. Manager.
- Manage vendor tickets to resolve issues.
- Support all changes and improvements to the portal in alignment with Sr. Manager approval.
- Support as needed on larger projects that are deemed major initiatives.
- Development of training and process materials including but not limited to quick guides and instructional videos.
- Balancing day to day administration with project activities.
- Building and fostering relationships with key stakeholders and extended teams including Biz Apps (IT), Partner Programs, Partner Marketing, Partner Ops and our Portal vendor.
- Learning and understanding aspects of the Partner Business including partner types/program structure, org structure and other functions that impact the business.
- Solid understanding of Splunk’s Partner Relationship Management system.
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate clear expectations regarding timelines.
- Ability to coordinate disparate teams with different goals to help them achieve one goal.
- Project Management
- Strong communication, networking and relationship building.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, G-Suite, Microsoft Office Suite
- Developer level HTML 4 and/or 5 skills are a huge plus.
Education:
- Must be a current undergraduate student with a graduation date of December 2021 or later.
