Involvement-based Commission Structure
Commissions are paid out based on level of involvement and amount of payroll processed:
Commission structure:
High Involvement
20% of payroll paid quarterly for the first 12 months.
10% of payroll paid in perpetuity while enrolled in the same program.
Responsibilities: Pre-screening of qualified candidates, conference call introduction, and assistance up to the signed agreement.
Low Involvement
10% of payroll paid quarterly for the first 12 months
5% of payroll paid in perpetuity while enrolled in the same program
Responsibilities: Initial introduction through email or conference call.
Example One
A staffing firm with $500,000 in annual payroll joins the Licensing Program, and you provide a high level of support.
Commission Payout:
- Year One: 20% of $500,000 = $100,000
- Year Two: 10% of $500,000 = $50,000
Example Two
A staffing firm with $100,000 in payroll joins the Staffing Start-up Program and grows to $500,000 in Year #2, then grows to $1,000,000 in Year #3.
Commission Payout:
- Year One: 20% of $100,000 = $20,000
- Year Two: 10% of $500,000 = $50,000
- Year Three: 10% of $1,000,000 = $100,000
