Salary Range: $2,800 – $3,500 Usd per month Based on experience

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel or Senior Paralegal to join our commercial property rental company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US Contract Law and Commercial Law, with experience in real estate transactions and lease agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial lease agreements and related documents
- Provide legal guidance on property management issues and tenant relations
- Review and analyze complex commercial contracts
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local real estate laws and regulations
- Manage legal documentation for property acquisitions and dispositions
- Coordinate with external counsel when necessary
- Maintain organized legal files and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Law degree (J.D.) or Paralegal certification from an accredited institution
- Minimum 4 years of experience in US Contract Law and Commercial Law
- Proven experience in commercial real estate transactions
- Strong knowledge of property law and lease agreements
- Experience working with US-based companies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superior written and verbal communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in commercial property management
- Knowledge of real estate investment structures
- Familiarity with property management software
