We are seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal with at least 3-4 years of Superior Court and/or Federal Court experience to join our team.

Responsibilities

As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation. Key duties include:

• Drafting complaints, answers, motions, orders, and discovery documents for attorney review.
• Managing discovery processes, including tracking produced and received documents.
• Preparing deposition notebooks, master chronologies, motion exhibits, and trial materials.
• Coordinating docketing, scheduling, and filing court documents (including eFiling).
• Maintaining litigation checklists and monitoring deadlines.
• Conducting legal research and assisting with trial preparation.

Technology Skills

To succeed in this role, you should be proficient in:

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word expertise required).
• Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with PracticeMaster/TABS is preferred.

Qualifications

To excel in this position:
