Your key responsibilities

Corporate matters

  • independently prepare relevant Corporate documents related board changes, AGM and other relevant Corporate events/changes for Tillotts Pharma AG and its affiliates and liaise with external third parties as needed
  • maintain up to date records of all relevant Corporate documents for Tillotts Pharma AG and its affiliates
  • support Tillotts Pharma AG and its affiliates on any other Corporate matters
  • independently and timely compile all relevant legal cases for the bi-annual reporting to the Tillotts Pharma AG board as well as the statutory auditor
  • support the Company Secretary in preparing minutes and presentations for the Tillotts Pharma AG board
  • regularly review and adapt Policies and SOPs of Legal 

Agreements

  • keep up to date templates for certain types of agreements (such as CDAs, termination notices, assignment/extensions of agreements, consulting agreements with non-HcPs etc.)
  • prepare, review and independently negotiate agreements based on such templates 

Administrative/Organizational matters

  • manage meetings of the Corporate Legal team
  • take care of the compilation of monthly legal updates to the Senior Management and prepare other required presentations/forms
  • oversee the contract database 
  • organize and deliver relevant legal trainings

Who you are

  • Completed training as paralegal or law studies 
  • 8-10 years experience as paralegal in legal department
  • Business fluency in English and German
  • An independent and proactive attitude, but at the same time a team player.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • High level of efficiency and attention to detail.
