Technology Innovation Institute (TII) is a publicly funded research institute, based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities:

Executive Reporting & Insights

  • Design and maintain real-time dashboards and monthly/quarterly executive reports for the CEO and Board.
  • Analyze key business KPIs (e.g., revenue, growth, operations, product adoption) and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Automate data pipelines to ensure timely, accurate, and scalable reporting systems.

Strategic Data Analysis

  • Data-driven projects that align with company strategy, such as market expansion, cost optimization, and customer segmentation.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Finance and Business Units to source data and create insights.
  • Helps to identify data patterns and opportunities for innovation or risk mitigation.

Data Governance & Quality

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and traceability across sources.
  • Define and maintain standards for executive data definitions, dashboards, and reporting protocols.

 

Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in data science, business intelligence, or analytics—preferably in a high-growth or C-level support environment.

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R.
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
  • Solid understanding of statistical modeling, forecasting, and machine learning basics.

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic insights.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive executive data.
