Role Overview

We are looking for a Program Manager who combines strategic clarity, ownership, and empathy to lead cross-functional programs that deliver measurable impact. This role goes beyond program execution — it requires mentorship, cultural leadership, and customer-first problem solving. The Program Manager will work with business, technology, and operations stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence, foster innovation, and build trust with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Strategy

  • Define and execute program roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Bring clarity to complexity by driving structure, measurable goals, and clear outcomes.
  • Balance short-term delivery with long-term transformation by addressing technical debt, regulatory requirements, and innovation.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and clients, shaping decisions through insight and data.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations with transparency, ensuring alignment across diverse business and technology groups.
  • Build lasting relationships by demonstrating accountability, empathy, and business understanding.

Execution & Governance

  • Lead multiple projects under one program umbrella, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Establish risk and issue management frameworks, proactively mitigating challenges.
  • Oversee financials, budgets, and resource allocation with discipline and accountability.

Agile & Cultural Leadership

  • Champion Agile/SAFe practices, not just as delivery frameworks but as enablers of collaboration, learning, and adaptability.
  • Coach and mentor program teams, helping them evolve in ownership, curiosity, and purpose.
  • Promote psychological safety and peer support to strengthen delivery culture.

Innovation & Industry Awareness

  • Stay ahead of regulatory, technological, and domain-specific trends (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA, Open Banking, Digital Health).
  • Leverage AI-first, automation-driven approaches to optimize program efficiency and decision-making.
  • Drive experimentation and continuous improvement by questioning the status quo.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 8–10 years of program/project management with exposure to finance, payments, healthcare, or digital transformation.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to inspire, coach, and mentor teams, not just manage tasks.
  • Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PMP, or Prince2.
  • Technical Acumen: Understanding of software development, cloud, or enterprise transformation.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to finance, payments, or healthcare.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with comfort in ambiguity and a bias for action.

Preferred Certifications

  • PMP, PgMP, Prince2, or SAFe Certification
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agilist
  • Domain-specific certifications (e.g., CFA, CHFP, or Digital Transformation certifications)
