Key job responsibilities
Your Impact:
You’ll lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of Amazon Key’s expansion in Japan, working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology, business innovation, and customer experience. This role offers the exceptional opportunity to:

– 6+ years of Business strategy or Non-Tech Program Management experience
– Bachelor’s degree
– Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
– Business level written and verbal Japanese (Ability to negotiate business partnerships with Japanese corporations) and Business level written and verbal English
– 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
– Experience in setting up new businesses on their own: defining project objectives, status and performance metrics and communicating with key stakeholders
