Senior QA Manager – Program Manager – iScale Solutions

Job Description

This is a remote position.

• Manage and track internal QA projects and initiatives across multiple pods. 

• Coordinate and drive execution for cross-pod initiatives that require tight collaboration. 

• Work closely with the QA management team to gather updates, escalate risks, and remove blockers. 

• Establish lightweight processes and rituals to keep stakeholders aligned and informed. 

• Actively utilize AI-powered tools to automate updates, streamline status reporting, and manage project artifacts. 

• Serve as the point of contact for planning and communicating key deliverables, timelines, and dependencies. 

• Help identify and implement best practices in cross-team project management 

• Facilitate retrospective and continuous improvement discussions to strengthen project execution. 

• Support leadership with insights and metrics for decision-making and prioritization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

• 5+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a QA or engineering environment. 

• Background in QA, test automation, or engineering. 

• Experience working in a SaaS or tech company 

• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders. 

• Strong organizational and communication skills. 

• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and attention to detail. 

• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or others) to improve workflow and task management. 

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence. 

Good to have: 

• Experience in a pod-based or matrixed organizational structure. 

• Exposure to AdTech, Data Engineering, or Cloud Platforms
