Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a Fortune 500 organization. This role will be responsible for identifying root causes of issues customers are experiencing with products. This role will track initiatives, identify issues, create recommended resolutions and coordinate cross-functionally across different teams. This Project Manager will adhere to timelines, budgets, and deliverables related to issue resolution, process enhancements, and best practices. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, issue resolution and stakeholder communication, ensuring that all quality objectives are met efficiently. This is a hybrid role located in Philadelphia, PA and will require working in office four days per week. All qualified candidates must reside in the Philadelphia, PA area and be qualified to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship. Please note that we do not work with C2C.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end to end project management from scoping and planning through execution and delivery
- Track a set of initiatives to improve visibility into sources of issues customers are having with products
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines and deliverables, track progress and flag risks early
- Coordinate across data engineers, analytics, architecture and business stakeholders to align priorities
- Ensure effective documentation, reporting and communication of project status to various audiences
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop, refine and implement project management practices internally
- Create templates, playbooks and frameworks to support consistent and repeatable project execution
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of project or program management experience, preferably within issue resolution or product quality
- Experience in telecommunications, broadband, fiber, internet services organizations is highly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and cross functional stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and ability to tailor messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience building and improving processes at the team or org level
- Agile project or program management methodology is needed and experience with Jira.
- Expertise with Project Management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet, as well as PPT and Excel
- PMP or similar PM certifications are a plus
Compensation
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensational decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a 6 – 12 month consulting engagement, with an annual salary range of $110,000 – $130,000.
