We are a fast-growing Amazon creatives agency that helps brands 3x their sales by transforming their product listings and storefronts with scroll-stopping creatives, Premium A+ content, and SEO-optimized listings.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to act as the bridge between our clients and our creative team — ensuring projects run smoothly, deadlines are met, and communication is crystal clear.

Roles & Responsibilities

Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, gather requirements, clarify briefs, and share regular updates.

Team Coordination: Assign tasks to designers/copywriters and follow up to ensure timely progress.

Closing Services: Finalize requirements with clients and collect all necessary brand assets before initiating projects.

Timeline & Deadline Management: Create and manage project timelines to keep deliverables on track.

Quality Check: Review creatives before client delivery to ensure alignment with briefs and brand guidelines.

Feedback Management: Handle revisions efficiently, minimizing unnecessary back-and-forth.

Process & Reporting: Maintain trackers and share weekly updates with leadership.

Problem Solving: Manage last-minute changes with a solution-oriented approach.

Client Relationships: Build long-term relationships and ensure a positive client experience.

Key Requirements

Experience: Minimum 6 months in project coordination/management (agency, marketing, or creative industry preferred).

Education: Graduate (any discipline).

Key Skills

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Ability to build and manage client relationships.

Problem-solving mindset and quick decision-making.

Attention to detail and quality control.

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Notion, etc.).

Adaptability to handle last-minute changes.

Accountability and follow-through on projects.

Collaborative, positive team player.

Compensation

Probation (3 months): ₹18,000/month

Post-Probation (PPO): ₹22,000/month (on successful confirmation)

Work Details

Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday–Friday, alternate Saturdays working)

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (in-office role)

Reporting To: Founder
