Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Coordination
    • Support in the creation of project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, priorities, and dependencies.
    • Track progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to ensure projects stay on course.
  • Execution & Monitoring
    • Monitor and report on project performance against objectives, budgets, and deadlines.
    • Identify risks and escalate issues proactively to ensure project success.
    • Drive adoption of Agile practices, supporting sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Communication & Reporting
    • Deliver clear and concise project updates through presentations and status reports.
    • Facilitate effective communication across internal teams, management, and clients.
    • Ensure alignment of team members with project goals through structured communication.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work with cross-functional teams including design, development, QA, and operations.
    • Act as the central point of contact for project-related queries and discussions.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Documentation & Compliance
    • Maintain accurate project documentation, action trackers, and meeting notes.
    • Ensure that projects follow defined processes, standards, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong presentation and communication skills to interact with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to support Agile ceremonies.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 1+ years of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Certification in Agile, Scrum, or PMP (preferred but not mandatory).
