Project Manager – AIR Technologies

AirTechnologies,a premier provider of Mechanical/ HVAC Services in the greater Oklahomaarea, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced ProjectManager to join our Oklahoma City, OK Operations Team!

Our ideal candidate is knowledgeable with reading and interpreting blueprints,specifications, contacting suppliers for submittals and other documentation toprepare the project for timely & accurate labor and overall cost.

This position will oversee and manage a multi-project Mechanical Services portfoliofor company jobs taking place in and around our Oklahoma City, OKoffice.

As a Project Manager, YourPrimary Responsibilities will be:

• Project Oversight & Coordination – Manage HVAC &mechanical construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and qualitystandards are met.
• Technical Planning & Documentation – Develop detailedproject drawings, maintain records, and oversee compliance with specifications.
• Vendor & Subcontractor Management – Obtain agreements,schedule work, and ensure contract compliance.
• Client & Team Collaboration – Work closely with generalcontractors, owners, developers, and internal teams to ensure smooth projectexecution.
• Problem-Solving & Execution – Address project challenges,ensure field teams have necessary resources, and support company goals.

Asa Service Manager, You Should Have the Following Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in the HVAC or Mechanical Services industry.
• Experience in mechanical construction, including plumbing,hydronic piping, and sheet metal.
• Proficiency in computerized drawing software, Microsoft Word,Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and meetproject deadlines.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in afast-paced environment.
• Professionalism and a commitment to quality and safety.
