Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Manage and oversee project activities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and addressing concerns effectively.
• Change Management and Training: Lead change management efforts for new system implementations, including planning, training, and adoption initiatives.
• Monitoring and Tracking Progress: Track project milestones, manage risks, and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed project documentation, status reports, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience:
  • Proven experience in change management, particularly in implementing new systems or improving customer engagement processes.
  • Project management experience is a strong advantage.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and patience in managing complex scenarios.
  • Proficiency with basic computer tools and software.
  • Empathy and strong listening skills to understand and address stakeholder needs effectively.
• Adaptability:
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Preferred Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with Singapore Government procurement and governance processes.
  • Knowledge of design thinking principles and workshop facilitation is a plus.
