Project Manager – Concrete Construction (Houston, TX)

Are you a driven construction professional with deep experience in structural concrete? Our client, a premier Concrete Construction firm specializing in commercial, industrial, and structural projects, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Houston, Texas.

We are looking for an individual with a strong track record of managing complex concrete construction jobs—from pre-construction planning to project closeout.

What You’ll Be Working On
This isn’t your run-of-the-mill PM role. You’ll be leading high-impact projects across:

• Elevated Structural Concrete
• Tilt-Up Construction
• Foundations, Flatwork, Site Paving, and Crawl Spaces
• Cast-in-Place Walls/Columns
• Stadium & Large-Scale Structural Concrete

You’ll take ownership of every project phase:

• Pre-construction strategy and scheduling
• Subcontractor/vendor negotiations and contracts
• Submittal tracking, RFI/change management, and sequencing
• Budget control, labor productivity, safety, and quality oversight
• Weekly progress updates, project meetings, and closeout

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of proven project management experience in concrete construction
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management (preferred but not required)
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
