Job Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Managing all aspects of the project, including onsite and offsite activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end planning, development, integration, testing, and implementation of projects.
• Serve as the single point of contact between the client and company.
• Oversee and coordinate all project tracks, both onsite and offsite, ensuring smooth execution.
• Track and monitor project deliverables to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Prepare and deliver periodic reports to stakeholders, providing updates on progress, issues, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Manage project scope changes and associated risks to ensure objectives are met without disrupting timelines or budget.
• Plan and allocate resources efficiently to support project tasks and milestones.
• Ensure the right personnel and technical expertise are available at critical project phases.
• Coordinate and track business user participation in training sessions, ensuring they are well-prepared to support the implementation and usage of the new systems.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including management reports, meeting minutes, and key decisions, ensuring full traceability and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a technology or software development environment for more than 3 years.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g.,Microsoft Project, Asana).
• PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory
