1. 8+ Years of overall experience and 2+ years of Salesforce knowledge.
2. Certified/Knowledge of Agile Scrum
3. Complete hold on Project Management Practices incl Planning, Tracking, Reporting.
4. Ability to Handle Small to Medium to Large to Xlarge team sizes. Up to 10–15-member team
5. Ability to independently plan (Project Planning, Quality, Program Planning) Execution,
6. Ensure compliance to project and practice level KPI compliance on operational parameters across project(s)
7. Quality, Processes, Audits, Hygiene, etc. & Timeliness Customer communication & Management
