Project Manager – Owen Mitten

Job Description

• Deliver projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently
• Understand client requirements, deliver products in intermediate steps and maintain the product’s flexibility.
• Conduct reviews to assess project outcomes and to identify and capture lessons learned to enable continuous improvement. Contribute to the provision of documentation for new or improved processes, products and services and to ensure that good practice is disseminated throughout the organization
• Work with the Product Owners to define the roadmap for any given product and verify the User stories written down by Product Owners.
• Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process – prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
• Matrix-managing a multidisciplinary team

• Min 1 year experience working as a Project Manager for a website development company
• Should have experience in managing a team size of 5-10 members working on multiple projects
• In-depth experience in Laravel or Yii2 (Experience in Python and ReactJs will be an added advantage)
• Good understanding of front-end technologies including, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Experience in providing presentations to clients, leading technical calls with clients
• Experience in assigning, scheduling, training, reviewing, and monitoring project works to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget
