Position Summary
We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Infectious Disease to support a skilled nursing facility in Northbrook, IL. This part-time role is perfect for an independent, clinically confident provider seeking schedule flexibility and the opportunity to make a direct impact on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of infectious conditions

• Round weekly and collaborate with SNF teams on care planning

• Maintain accurate, timely EMR documentation

• Utilize tools like Dragon Medical Dictation, UpToDate, and Johns Hopkins Access

✅ Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Illinois Nurse Practitioner license

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program

• 2+ years’ experience in a SNF or long-term care setting (preferred)

• Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills

• Confident working independently in a post-acute environment
