Physican Assistant/Nurse Practitioner – Community Health Center Of Cape Cod

 Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed to support growing walk-in outpatient clinics in Mashpee and Bourne.

Duties include:
– Diagnose and treat episodic illnesses, injuries, and conditions
– Prescribe medications and administer treatments as necessary
– Collaborate with primary care teams and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective Quality patient care
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using EPIC electronic health record.
– Perform specialized procedures such as administering injections, wound care

Requirements:
– Valid Nurse Practitioner/PA license in Massachusetts
– Strong knowledge of evidence-based practice guidelines and clinical protocols
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
– Commitment to providing high-quality patient care with compassion and empathy
