Join our expanding Urology team at Adirondack Health, where you�ll provide essential services to a rural community in need. Our dedicated team of experienced Physician�s and Associate Medical Staff is ready to welcome a new member to expand our services.

About the Role

As our Urology PA, you�ll work closely with our board-certified Urologist and be a key part of our patient care team. Responsibilities include:

  • Office-based evaluations and follow-up visits
  • Emergency department and inpatient consults
  • Patient admissions and discharges
  • First assist in the operating room, including minimally invasive and robotic procedures
  • Participation in shared call coverage

What We�re Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • NCCPA certification and eligibility for NYS licensure
  • Experience in urology or surgical specialties preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: $125,000 � $145,000 commensurate with experience
  • Productivity bonus potential
