Key Responsibilities
● AI Analysis & Modelling: Apply machine learning, econometrics, and statistical techniques to extract insights from large datasets.
● Data Engineering & Processing: Clean, structure, and transform large-scale datasets from various sources for analysis.
● Automation & Optimization: Develop scripts, pipelines, and dashboards to automate data workflows and improve efficiency in policy analysis.
● Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Present complex data findings to senior government officials, policymakers, and executives in a clear and actionable manner.
● Geospatial & AI-Driven Insights: Use satellite imagery, geospatial AI, and predictive analytics to assess infrastructure development and urban expansion.
Requirements
● Expertise in Python
● Strong experience with AI and machine learning
● Experience in working with large datasets
● Strong capability to articulate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders through reports, visualisations, and presentations
● Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach to tackling technical and analytical challenges.
● Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable policy recommendations.

Qualifications
● Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
● Experience: 2+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on data analysis, statistical modelling, and machine learning.
