Our client in Washington, DC is currently looking for a Senior Intellectual Property Paralegal for a long term contract. The ideal candidate will support each stage of the PTO prosecution process, manage documents, interact with clients and prepare for and assist at legal proceedings.

• Prepare litigation materials, patent and trademark prosecution documents for attorney review.
• Create privilege logs, cite-check, and complete pre-trial preparation.
• Review technical papers and marketing materials for the appropriate use of intellectual property and content.
• Organize and schedule meetings, handle correspondences and presentations
• Additional duties as assigned

• Bachelors’ degree in technical field (ideally Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering)
• 3-5 years of Intellectual Property Paralegal experience
• Proficient using Microsoft SharePoint, Westlaw, LexisNexis and docketing software
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases
