Are you looking for a trustworthy, supportive company with a caring culture? DISHER is partnering with a customer on a four-month project seeking a program manager to work on contract and lead a line expansion and the design of a packaging line. This hybrid position requires one week per month onsite in Logan, Utah, and three weeks working remotely.

What you will get to do:

Develop and manage the overall program plan, budget, and timeline for the line expansion project.
Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, EHS, and finance.
Coordinate with equipment suppliers, contractors, and external vendors for design, installation, and commissioning.
Oversee project milestones, proactively identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements throughout design and implementation.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders on program status, risks, and achievements.
Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project execution and production startups.

What will make you successful:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
7+ years of experience in project/program management, with proven success in manufacturing or production expansion projects.
Strong knowledge of capital project management, production processes, and equipment installation.
PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
