Certified Nurse Practitioner as needed – Sprenger Wellspring Silver Maple

Qualifications: Must have an active Registered Nurse license, be a Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP), and either have a valid Prescriptive Authority or be eligible for the Certificate to Prescribe Externship (CTP-E). Candidates should also have or be willing to get a DEA number.
As a Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) in a Grace Management Services facility you must be able to perform the following essential functions:
 

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform initial and follow-up patient visits as appropriate.
• Diagnose and treat patients as clinically appropriate and consult with physicians
• Order and interpret labs, x-rays, or other diagnostic testing as appropriate for patients.
• Prescribe clinically appropriate medication for patients (subject to having your Certificate to Prescribe, DEA number, or CTP-E).
