Elite Touch Group are excited to be working with their well-established client who are seeking a Paralegal to join their busy Litigation team based at their Blandford office.

About the role

This Litigation Legal Assistant role will allow the successful applicant to work on a varied workload that includes:

·       Experience in Property Litigation, particularly in work including landlord and tenant issues

·       Preparing court forms and documents, producing court bundles

·       Dealing with clients and third-party professionals by email, telephone and face to face

·       Support with resolving disputes and managing litigation to achieve business objective

·       Carrying out due diligence on large-scale portfolios

·       Assist with general administration duties

The ideal candidate will have:

·       Legal Assistant/Paralegal experience is ESSENTIAL

·       Strong organisation skills

·       Able to work well using own initiative

·       Confident telephone manner handling telephone enquiries from clients and third parties

·       Be proficient with Outlook, Word and preferably Excel
