We are seeking a Program Manager to join our leadership team and build out our program management function from the ground up. This is a high-impact role that will drive cross-functional alignment, operational rigor, and delivery excellence across our portfolio of strategic initiatives. You’ll be responsible for defining how BetWarrior runs programs and projects, hiring and coaching a team of project managers, and embedding best practices that scale with the company.

In this role, you´ll:

  • Define, plan, and lead strategic programs spanning multiple departments, including Product, Marketing, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations.
  • Serve as a single point of accountability for major cross-functional initiatives.
  • Drive clarity on objectives, timelines, interdependencies, and resourcing.
  • Develop and roll out a scalable program and project management framework, including methodologies, tools, templates, and governance.
  • Play a key role in building a company that’s shaping the future of gaming in Latin America.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment where your contributions are highly visible and valued.
  • Design and implement reporting mechanisms that provide transparency into program health, risks, and value delivery.
  • Establish and champion best practices in planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of project managers.
  • Set team OKRs, ensure career development, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with C-level leadership and department heads to align programs with company priorities.
  • Prepare and present program updates to the executive team and board, articulating progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • 6+ years of program or project management experience in high-growth tech or digital businesses.
  • Proven experience establishing or scaling a program management office (PMO) or similar delivery function.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing and growing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of agile and hybrid delivery models.

Bonus points if you also have

  • Experience in the iGaming, Fintech, or regulated digital industries.
  • Spanish or Portuguese language skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar.
