OFS is looking for a Service Delivery Program Manager to work on many of our accounts and provide cross-functional support to teams in a leadership capacity. This position will be a growth position in which offers exceptional opportunity for someone looking to go to the next level. The role will consist of building efficiencies, managing relationships and a willingness to improve business processes across multiple programs.

 

This position will also lead internal and external program meetings, providing updates on progress on program goals, key operational and financial measures, and risk assessments. We are looking for an individual with extensive program management experience.

What You’ll Do?

  • Document, build and maintain program metrics and reports that will be used for education, management
  • Work on complex, large-scale programs
  • Participate in workshops and collaborating with program managers and platform and application leadership teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Manage multiple programs simultaneously, and remain organized and informed on key program changes and initiatives
  • Support weekly stand ups and review/analyze weekly status reports for actionable items
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings with Strategic management and executive teams
  • Build relationships with other members of project team and other individuals outside of OFS
  • Oversee technical programs to ensure that deadlines are being met
  • Work with program and executive teams to improve strategy
  • Provide technical expertise to different programs and projects
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers by ensuring that programs are running efficiently and providing valuable and timely status updates
  • Create project schedules and milestones for clients and team members

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For in a Service Delivery Program Manager?

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent relevant work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience managing programs, preferably in the commercial or Federal space
  • Demonstrable evidence of managing and coordinating implementation with teams across different locations
  • Self-sufficient and highly motivated, with ability to deal with ambiguity and operate in high intensity environment
  • Exceptional customer service, project management, and quality control skills
  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills
