We are looking for a highly skilled andexperienced Project/Program Manager to lead large-scale, complex initiatives in the Energy sector. This role requires up to 15 years of proven experience inmanaging projects with significant scope,budget, and timelines, combined with Agile expertise and strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

·        Lead andoversee large, complex projects ensuring delivery within scope, budget, deadlines, and quality standards.

·        Develop andmonitor project plans, including execution, communication, risk, andmitigation strategies.

·        Ensure financialexecution is aligned with project progress.

·        Managestakeholders with clear and assertive communication.

·        Prepare reportingand management information to support decision-making.

✅ MUST HAVE (must be clearlyvisible in the CV)

·        Up to 15years of proven experience managing large and complex projects (scope, budget, timing).

·        Bachelor’sdegree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical &Computer Engineering, or similar.

·        ProjectManagement Certification(s) (mandatory).

·        Fluency inEnglish (Advanced level required).

·        Strong writtenand verbal communication skills.

·        Ability to analyze critically and resolve bottlenecks.

·        Experiencewith Agile methodologies (Agile certification is a plus).

NICE TO HAVE

·        Knowledge of Portuguese and/or Spanish.

·        Experience in the Energy sector.

·        Strong stakeholdermanagement and team leadershipskills.
