Project Manager

Qualifications

Project Manager Salary and Benefits:

-Salary commensurate with experience, anticipated range: $95,000 to $135,000 yearly

Project Manager Qualifications:

– 5 years prior commercial construction experience

– AIA billing experience

– Procore experience

– Experience working with subcontractors

-GMP contract and billing experience

Project Manager Required Skills:

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Able to work independently with solid decision making skills.

– Must be well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

– Strong software skills to include MS Office.

Preferred Experience:

– Bachelors Degree
