THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal for a pharmaceutical company in Switzerland. The role involves managing corporate filings and documentation for board and shareholder meetings across multiple jurisdictions. The candidate will also review and update internal legal protocols to ensure compliance with current regulatory requirements. Proficiency in English and German is essential for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently handle corporate filings and documentation for board and shareholder meetings across multiple jurisdictions
• Maintain governance records and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Provide routine legal support to both central and affiliate offices
• Compile materials and summaries for board and audit reporting cycles
• Assist in board governance, including minute-taking and preparation of presentation documents
• Review and revise internal legal protocols and procedures to reflect current regulatory requirements
   

YOUR PROFILE

• Formal paralegal qualification or completed legal studies
• 5–7 years of relevant experience within a corporate legal department, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector
• Fluent in both English and German, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Independent, well-organized, and proactive, with a collaborative approach to team dynamics
