Job Description: Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Location: Bangalore and Mumbai

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Bangalore or Mumbai. As a key member of our technology team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and deploying advanced machine-learning models to drive innovation and enhance our products/services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development and deployment of machine learning models, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable machine learning solutions.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to gain insights and identify opportunities for applying machine learning techniques.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and techniques to solve complex problems.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
• Evaluate model performance and make improvements to optimize accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and apply them to enhance our products/services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and machine learning libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, etc.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and distributed computing frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and services.
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
