We are seeking a Data Specialist to play a key role in a mission-critical project. The role demands deep expertise in databases, ETL processes, and data workflows, with a strong sense of ownership and structured way of working. You will play a critical role in ensuring reliable, accurate, and scalable data systems that power the products and systems developed by RMgX

We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Project Manager to join RMgX. The role involves handling end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery, smooth coordination among teams, and clear communication with stakeholders. The right candidate should have prior experience in launching new projects, improving processes, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, manage, and deliver projects from start to finish within timelines.
• Prepare PRDs, workflows, and project roadmaps in consultation with client, design, and technical teams.
• Identify gaps in processes and implement better, scalable solutions.
• Track project timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure smooth delivery.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders and keep them updated on progress with excellent communication and management skills.
• Use tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, Miro, and others for effective project tracking.
• Support technical teams with API integrations, testing, and documentation.
• Follow Agile practices including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Demonstrate strong decision-making skills by evaluating trade-offs, balancing priorities, and ensuring timely progress.

• Graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 3–6 years of experience in project or product management.
• Should have led cross-functional teams and successfully delivered projects.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methods.
• Prior experience working in digital product engineering environments preferred.

• Technical background with understanding of APIs, integrations, and system workflows.
