Job Description
We’re Hiring: Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time/Casual)
THERAPY™️ is a pioneering wellness destination integrating neuroscience, diagnostics, IV therapy, and holistic care to deliver measurable transformation in mind–body health. As we prepare to open our flagship centre in Eltham, we’re looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team in a casual or part-time role, starting with 1-2 days per week. At least 1 day over the weekend is a must.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner passionate about integrative health, confident in clinical oversight, and experienced in delivering IV nutrient therapy, vitamin injections, and wellness-focused diagnostics.
About the Role
Position: Nurse Practitioner
Location: THERAPY™️ Wellness Centre, Eltham
Days: days are flexible but must have at least 1 weekend day availability and a Thursday or Friday would be ideal but can be negotiated
Hours: Flexible within centre opening hours
Start Date: TBC – Approx. end of September
Salary: negotiable
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and safe delivery of IV nutrient drips, vitamin injections, and related therapies
- Conduct pre-treatment assessments and monitor clients during sessions
- Perform venepuncture for wellness diagnostics (e.g. hormone panels, nutrient deficiencies, microbiome testing in collaboration with pathology partners)
- Ensure compliance with infection control, clinical protocols, and medication safety
- Liaise with wellness clinicians and support team regarding client care plans
- Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation
- Contribute to developing clinical protocols and service enhancements within the IV and injectable wellness program
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA
- Demonstrated experience with IV therapy, venepuncture, and intramuscular injections
- Strong understanding of integrative and preventative health principles
- Comfortable working independently on weekends in a supportive but autonomous environment
- Committed to client safety, evidence-informed practice, and professional integrity
- Warm, approachable, and aligned with a trauma-informed, client-first philosophy
