About the Job

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Project Manager to lead the aviation solutions delivery.

As a Project Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring the successful delivery of Aviation solutions. You will work closely with both customers and internal teams to plan, execute, and monitor project progress, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Your goal is to build strong client relationships, manage expectations effectively, and drive project success.

Responsibilities

Review and interpret client contracts to ensure project compliance with scope and obligations.

Analyze and apply requirement documents to guide accurate planning and solution delivery.

Act as primary contact, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout project lifecycle.

Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and milestones by working closely with stakeholders

Collaborate with Product, Platform and Support teams to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.

Monitor project risks and issues, proactively addressing blockers to keep projects on track.

Create and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and client updates.

Ensure solutions are delivered in line with client expectations, within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Support client onboarding and training during implementations to ensure effective adoption and long-term satisfaction.

Collect client and team feedback post-project to identify learnings and contribute to process improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from a reputable university

3+ years of experience in account or project management, preferably in aviation industry

Fluency in English, both written and verbal communication

Interest in technology and SaaS solutions.

Comfortable working cross-functionally with diverse teams

Proficient in tools like Jira, MS Project, or Confluence

Flexible for occasional business travel as needed
