Tuesday, Thursday: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive Family Medicine care, including wellness visits, chronic disease management, and urgent care services.
Care for patients ages 2 and older.
Work collaboratively with providers and clinical support staff to ensure quality patient care.
Role Details
Patient population: Ages 2+
Dispensing health center environment
Team includes 2 providers and 2 clinical support staff
Bilingual candidates preferred
Not participating in the HomeMed program
Required Skills & Qualifications
Recent Family Medicine experience required
Ability to provide care for patients ages 2+
Active license and certifications as applicable (state-specific)
