About the Role
We’re hiring a junior-level AI/ML engineer to help us design and deploy cutting-edge machine learning systems that sit at the heart of our carbon intelligence platform. This is a hands-on technical role where you’ll have the chance to build models from scratch, work on real-world environmental challenges, and contribute to a product with global impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and refine AI models focused on carbon tracking, emissions forecasting, and sustainability analytics.
- Write clean, production-ready code in Python using frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Work with large and messy datasets – cleaning, processing, and extracting insights to improve model performance.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy AI features within our SaaS platform.
- Apply NLP, predictive analytics, and automation to develop intelligent features that scale.
- Stay sharp on developments in AI and climate tech to help keep our platform at the cutting edge.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or similar.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Comfort working with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Practical experience with data pipelines, model training, and evaluation.
- (Preferred) Familiarity with climate tech, carbon accounting, or sustainability analytics.
- (Bonus) A product-minded approach – you care how the end user benefits from what you build.
