This is a prominent full service immigration firm with offices in Wayne, Pennsylvania (a suburb of Philadelphia) and Flagstaff, Arizona. The firm provide a variety of immigration services including obtaining nonimmigrant visas, lawful permanent resident status, and citizenship. We assist companies across the U.S. and around the world accomplish a wide range of business immigration related needs and also provide legal representation to individuals seeking to accomplish all business, family, and deportation-related immigration matters, including state and federal litigation and appellate practice. In addition, Piver Law works with numerous athletic and entertainment individuals and organizations to obtain visas and Green Cards to work and live in the United States. At the present time, the firm consists of 6 attorneys and 8 support staff. The Flagstaff office was opened in 2006.

Job Details
They have two paralegal needs. One is Employment Immigation, Pay starting around $70k
– At minimum 3 years of experience in preparing non-immigrant visas petitions/applications, including the following categories: H, L, TN, and Os.
– Experience using the FLAG system.
— Detail oriented, highly organized, able to manage high-volume case load.
The other is Family Immigration this person can be junior 2-3 years of experience Salary 55-65k
Relevant experience in family-based immigration law, including adjustment of status applications and consular processing of immigrant visas for immediate relatives and preference categories; prefer BA degree

After 90 day probation, beneifts kick in.They have a 401(k)
