SynergenX-Low-T Center-HerKare is seeking a mid-level provider for the role of a Center Director at the HerKare in Mansfield, TX.
The role of Center Director entails direct patient interaction, treatment of patients through defined, established, and peer-reviewed protocol, along with full evaluation of the root cause of this condition. This role also involves supervisory oversight of three-five center employees and monitoring the lab for accurate calibrations and controls.
Overview
SynergenX-Low T Center-HerKare are providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services. Currently are seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) in connection with a planned expansion of clinical offerings and rapid escalation of remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment, employing proprietary treatment protocols and programs to help change patients’ lives.
Center Directors work in conjunction with a physician medical director to coordinate the care of female patients receiving hormone replacement and targeted wellness (such as management of weight control, low libido)
Compensation Package:
- $130,000/ Annually
- Saturdays are paid at $400

Requirements:
- Licensed Physician Assistant, Advanced Practice Nurse, or equivalent
- DEA Registration current
- Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
- A minimum of 2 years practice experience with supervisory experience of support staff
Clinical Hours:
- M 8-5
- T 8-7
- W 8-1
- Th 7-5
- F 8-5
- 1 Saturday a month, 8-noon
Two consecutive weeks, Monday through Friday.
First three days, virtual via Teams. The remainder of training will be held at the Mansfield’s location.
