Job Description
We are seeking a Certified Paralegal with a specialization in immigration document preparation to join our legal document preparation team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, client-focused professional who has a solid understanding of immigration processes and enjoys helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration paperwork.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and complete immigration forms and documentation, including but not limited to:

Adjustment of Status (Form I-485)

Work Permits (Form I-765)
-
Family-Based Petitions (Form I-130)
-
Naturalization (Form N-400)
-
Fiancé(e) Visas (Form I-129F)

Conduct initial client intake and assess their document needs.

Provide clients with clear explanations of required forms and supporting documentation.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while managing multiple cases.

Ensure all documents are prepared in compliance with current USCIS guidelines and filing standards.

Communicate with clients regarding case updates, missing documents, and filing timelines.

Stay up to date on changes in immigration procedures and policies.
Qualifications:

Certified Paralegal (required)

Minimum 2 years of experience in immigration document preparation

Knowledge of USCIS forms and procedures

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required)

Experience working in a legal document assistance or legal support office is a plus

Proficiency with document management software and Microsoft Office
