  • Implementation: Receive project information from Pre-Sales, develop the Action Plan, install and configure systems, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), produce handover documents (As-Built Diagram), and provide customer training
  • Maintenance (MA): Manage and resolve customer incidents/issues (Troubleshooting & Resolution) according to the defined SLA, fulfill service requests, and perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities
  • Continuous Learning & Skill Enhancement: Embrace a culture of continuous learning by actively engaging with new cybersecurity products and evolving technologies. Participate in company-sponsored training and self-study to build robust in-house expertise.
  • Project Coordination & Delivery: When new or specialized technologies are introduced for client projects, effectively manage project timelines and coordinate with third-party partners to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and meet all objectives.
  • Core Technical Focus: Design, deploy, and support the team’s core services, including:
    • Endpoint Security
    • Data Security
