Family Nurse Practitioner – Bilingual Spanish – South Chicago
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established Community Health Center. This is an immediate need for a dedicated provider to provide comprehensive care for a diverse patient population in a supportive, team-based environment.
Position Details:
- Outpatient practice
- Full-time – 4/10 or 5/8 per week
- Patient Load – Approximately 18-20 patients per day.
- Responsibilities – Evaluate, prescribe, manage, and treat all ages
- New grads considered
