Job Description
We are seeking an IP & Research Paralegal to support IP filings, legal research, and compliance across corporate and regulatory matters.
What you’ll do
IP Filing & Documentation
- Assist in the preparation and submission of patent, trademark, and copyright applications.
- Maintain and organize IP-related records, filings, and documentation.
- Draft IP agreements and supporting documents with minimal supervision.
IP Due Diligence & Research
- Conduct IP due diligence and research to support filings and protect company assets.
- Monitor for potential IP infringement and assist in coordinating response strategies.
- Stay updated on relevant IP laws and regulations across jurisdictions.
Cross-Team Legal Support
- Provide IP-related legal support to internal teams.
- Collaborate with external counsel or regulatory bodies on IP matters.
- Represent the Legal Team in meetings involving product development and innovation to ensure IP protection is in place.
Qualifications
What we look for
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in corporate or commercial law.
- IP Knowledge: Experience assisting with patent, trademark, and copyright applications; conducting IP due diligence; and monitoring potential infringement cases.
- Research & Drafting: Strong contract drafting, legal research, and document management skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or a related field.

Work setup: FULL ONSITE, Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
⏰ Schedule could be any of these: 6am to 3pm • 8am to 5pm • 11pm to 8am ~ depending on business needs
Location: One World Place, 32nd Street, BGC, Taguig City
