We are rapidly expanding our use of AI—chatbots, voice assistants, document automation and intelligent lead qualification—to enhance every touchpoint in our customer journey.
Role Summary
As Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and coordinating the suite of AI tools and services that power Yakeey’s multi‑channel intelligent agents. Supported by dedicated engineering and devOps teams, you will focus on orchestrating large language models, voice AI and document‑understanding tools across messaging channels (WhatsApp, web chat, voice) and internal advisor interfaces. Your mission is to ensure these models are correctly integrated, orchestrated and tuned to meet business use cases (automated document verification, customer‑support chatbots, request summarisation, contract generation and lead qualification, lead qualification, catalog discovery, property publication, … ). while adhering to quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and orchestrate AI services by selecting, configuring and integrating conversational AI tools (chatbots, voice assistants, LLM APIs) to handle a variety of customer and agent interactions.
Collaborate with engineering and ops teams to embed AI services into our micro‑services ecosystem; focus on tool orchestration while infrastructure deployment and maintenance are handled by the supporting teams.
Work closely with product and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into AI‑driven solutions and iterate quickly based on feedback.
Ensure model quality and compliance by conducting evaluations, implementing monitoring and feedback loops.
Document and share best practices, contributing to internal guidelines for AI development and mentoring junior team members.
