Litigation Paralegal

 

London East

 

1- 3 Years relevant experience

The main focus will be related toproperty disputes, but in time there could be opportunities to work oncommercial litigation cases, contract disputes, partnership disputes,defamation, insolvency and debt recovery.

 

 

With a number of highly renownedpartners, the firm is in demand and there is an opportunity for an ambitiousLitigation Solicitor to develop a great career away from the high pressures ofBigger City Law firms.

Requirements

 

Property Litigation is a key part of this job

This will cover

  • Landlord and Tenant disputes
  • Section 8 and Section 21 eviction notices
  • Reovery of debts including outstanding rental income
  • Possession Claims – residential and commercial property
  • Recovery of outstanding service charges
  • Inventory reviews and disputes over the condition of the property
  • Breach of Covenant
  • Claims for disrepair
  • Clients include corporate occupiers, commercial landlords, investors and developers, and residential clients from the UK and overseas.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Litigation paralegal with 1-2 years’ relevant experience to move into a busy,warm desk with lots of business and opportunity
