Job Description

Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner -Geriatrics in Mishakawa, IN. This is a locum position with lodging and travel allowance for out of town applicants.

Job Details:​​​​​

  • EMR: currently TruChart but will be switching to Epic in March.
  • Location – 250 East Day Rd. Mishawaka, IN 46545
  • Title – Nurse Practitioner
  • Hours: Full-time (however, will consider Part-time as well)
  • Duration of assignment: Six (6) months to start
  • On Call coverage – one week on, and one week off.
  • Need Geriatric experience

Requirements:​​

  • AANP
  • ANCC
  • BLS
  • Controlled Substance (CSR/CDS)
  • DEA

Pay and Benefits:
