The Opportunity

Our partner, recognized in the 2024 edition of “The Best Lawyers in America” and recently awarded Best Law Firms, United States Immigration Law, Tier 1 for the 2025 edition, is seeking a Paralegal to join their esteemed team!

This premier boutique immigration law firm, based in New York City with over 25 years of experience, is known for crafting innovative immigration solutions. In this role, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working closely with a team of other paralegals and the managing partner.

This position is daily onsite and based in BGC, Metro Manila – work hours are 9pm to 6am Manila time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist lawyers and support staff on administrative tasks and documents needed by the firm.
  • Draft English-language affidavits, legal correspondence, and legal arguments.    
  • Assigned to respond in emails and other forms of client communication as required.
  • Tasked to maintain all confidential files of the clients and will handle large caseloads.
  • Work on a wide variety of family-based and employment-based inbound US immigration law cases.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in law or relevant degree is required.
  • At least 4 years of experience in law administration.
  • Proven experience and skills in writing.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage time sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong command in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat and Docketwise, or other immigration form
    software is preferred
