Job Description
We’d love if you have:
- 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal/legal assistant/frontdesk officer.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel for daily tasks.
- Basic English communication and understanding skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills, with an eye for keeping correspondence and documents well ordered.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in document handling.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, patient, and polite attitude.
You need to successfully:
- Manage and maintain the company’s electronic and physical archive, ensuring proper scanning, indexing, and record-keeping.
- Handle the signature file for the Executive Leadership, ensuring timely circulation and accuracy.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence: receiving, sorting, distributing, filing, and archiving.
- Support the legal team with administrative and organizational tasks related to ongoing activities and case management.
- Assist in preparing legal documentation for internal use or in response to requests from public authorities or institutions.
- Collect, verify, and organize information from various sources needed to fulfill legal or administrative tasks.
- Draft administrative documents such as reports, meeting minutes, and internal memos.
- Provide paralegal support to both the Legal Department and other business units, as needed.
