Our growing mid-sized law firm is seeking experienced Bilingual Paralegals (Spanish/English) to join our Freehold, NJ office. The ideal candidate will have a background in personal injury plaintiff work and the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients.

Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys in all phases of personal injury cases (plaintiff side).
• Draft, review, and file legal documents.
• Manage client communications and maintain case files.
• Translate and interpret for Spanish-speaking clients as needed.
• Assist with trial preparation and discovery.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (oral and written) required.
• Prior experience in personal injury plaintiff litigation strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
