Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a Senior Technical Program Manager, with a proven track record of leading organizational change towards DevOps methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of change best practices, particularly in identifying and rectifying missing or broken mechanisms in advanced change management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and implement change initiatives at scale, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in developing reporting mechanisms and scorecards to measure and optimize change safety and speed.
- Understanding of compliance requirements and the ability to evolve policies and tools to facilitate fast and secure changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic transformation from an ITIL change model to a DevOps operating model, emphasizing continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Define and implement change best practices, with a specific focus on identifying and addressing gaps or inefficiencies in advanced change management mechanisms and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines and tools, ensuring they align with OCI’s cloud strategy, compliance requirements, and advanced change management principles.
- Establish and communicate clear guidelines and standards for change management, emphasizing continuous improvement and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Drive the development of reporting mechanisms and scorecards to measure and optimize change safety and speed, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Influence and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to implement improvements based on insights derived from reporting and scorecards.
- Utilize your program management skills to coordinate complex initiatives, ensuring milestones are met, and objectives are achieved within established timelines.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
